When you connect a Facebook Page to Yeta AI, we access your Page's messages and engagement data solely to provide automated AI responses on your behalf. We use the pages_messaging, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata, and pages_show_list permissions to read incoming messages, send automated replies, and manage your Page's messaging settings. We do not use your Facebook data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose other than providing the service you requested.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL), secure password hashing, two-factor authentication options, brute-force login protection, and session management controls. Customer conversation data is stored for service functionality and is not shared with third parties.
