Data Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your personal data associated with Yeta AI, including your account information, conversation history, and any connected channel data, you can submit a request using any of the methods below.

Send an email with your account email address and we will process your request within 7 business days.

Log in to your Yeta AI account and go to Settings to disconnect channels or delete your account directly.

✓Your account profile (name, email, business info)
✓All conversation and message history
✓Connected Facebook Page and WhatsApp channel data
✓Knowledge base and product data
✓Billing and payment records
✓All media files (images and voice messages)
Note: Some data may be retained for up to 30 days in backup systems before being permanently deleted. After deletion, this action cannot be undone.
